Shipping policy

All orders are processed the same day, including weekends and holidays, after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order ships.

Delivery rates

Shipping is free in Canada when you order 2 or more items.

For other countries, the shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Home delivery

All orders with a delivery address within 50 km of Bromont will be delivered free of charge to your door the same day.

Pick up at the gallery

You can save shipping costs with free pickup at the Up2Meet Space, operated by Up2blu.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within one business day. We will email you when your order is ready with instructions.

Our pickup times are 9am to 6pm, 7 days a week. Please have your order confirmation email with you.

International delivery

We offer international shipping to all countries. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. Up2blu is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How to check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@up2meet.com providing your full name and order number.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount less the shipping cost for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at serviceclient@up2meet.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We deal with these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
